Chemist Discount Centre has an opportunity for passionate a Pharmacy Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive team in the East Bundaberg area.
As a Pharmacy Assistant you are required to provide optimal customer service in a friendly atmosphere, ensuring that your customers' needs are identified and met.
You will promote the Pharmacy as a professional centre for advice, assistance, and information in the areas of health and well-being.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
Cash handling and POS processing
Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the pharmacy
Closely follow pharmacy policies and procedures
General pharmacy duties and customer service as required
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medicines (FRED NXT)
Provide high quality and informed frontline medical advice, products and professional support coupled with exceptional customer service and communication skills
Engage with customers with an open mind and a keen desire to assist them with health choices.
Work collaboratively with the owners to support and grow new business strategies
