We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Nightclub Production Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of Sydney's most respected nightclub venues, with a close-knit team of creatives and music lovers.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with technical production and operational tasks, including setup and pack-down of lighting, audio, and visual equipment, operating lighting and FX systems during club nights, and conducting basic troubleshooting of sound, DJ gear, lighting, and tech infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in lighting/sound operation, preferably in a nightclub or live music environment. A solid understanding of DJ gear and basic cabling/audio signal paths is also essential. Additionally, you must be physically capable of manual handling, lifting and moving equipment, and have excellent problem-solving skills and a 'get things done' mindset.
