We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Building Caretaker. If you take pride in detail and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the ideal role for you.
As a Building Caretaker, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day care and presentation of luxury residential developments. You'll oversee the upkeep of building facilities, including common areas, amenities and outdoor spaces. This will involve performing maintenance tasks, reporting potential maintenance issues, and maintaining landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces.
You'll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal spaces to reflect a high standard. Additionally, you'll provide friendly, professional assistance to residents and manage external contractors.
We're searching for someone with a proactive, hands-on approach and pride in their work. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are required. Previous experience in building maintenance or caretaking is advantageous.
A basic understanding of building services, operations and caretaking agreements is a plus. Gardening experience is also beneficial. Basic handyman/maintenance skills are essential.
