The Role
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join our Government & Commercial Law team in Canberra. You will work with Natalie Butler and her team on information law engagements and digital transformation projects, supporting and advising government clients on privacy law, confidentiality, and legislation decisions.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in information law, especially federal privacy law, and familiarity with archives, FOI, and statutory secrecy provisions. Experience with privacy assessments, managing privacy complaints, and ethical data use guidance is preferred. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships with clients and peers.
