Housekeeping Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to provide domestic support to our elderly clients in their homes.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to make a difference in people's lives. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with household tasks, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, changing bed linens, and general tidying.
You will visit clients on a regular basis, providing assistance with household tasks and offering companionship. You will also help with small shopping tasks and report any concerns for the welfare of clients to our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
* Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
* Report any concerns or issues related to client care to our office.
Requirements
* Previous experience in domestic or residential cleaning.
* Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled visits.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Ability to travel between client homes via public transport or own vehicle.
* A current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or possess a medical exemption certificate.
