THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedAsset Analystto join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our asset registry framework, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-value management reporting. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and improve the asset registry framework and records.
* Enhance the asset register to deliver meaningful, high-value management reporting.
* Extract and interrogate data from asset systems to support strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with the Asset team to ensure accurate data collection and entry.
* Deliver monthly KPI reports and support internal/external stakeholders via phone.
* Provide timely and accurate reports on lifecycle costing, asset costs vs maintenance, budgets, and trend analysis.
To be successful you will need:
* Degree in Business, Finance, or similar; or Diploma/Cert IV in Management/Finance.
* Minimum 5 years of commercial asset management experience.
* Proven ability to manage large and unstructured data sets.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and risk evaluation.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
* Experience in mechanical equipment management, leasing, or operations (preferred).
* Excellent interpersonal and customer account management skills.
* Full Australian working rights.
