The Position
Prepare a variety of high-quality, buffet-style meals for all service periods, including events.
Ensure compliance with OH&S; and HACCP regulations while focusing on waste reduction.
Manage inventory, receive supplies, and monitor cold room controls.
Provide excellent customer service during all kitchen-related interactions.
The Person
Experience in a commercial kitchen, particularly in high-volume environments.
A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
Ability to follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
A team player with a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
