The Opportunity
As a Maintenance Officer at Aveo's Taringa Parkside village, you will work with team members to ensure the day‐to‐day maintenance and repair tasks around the community. You will perform reactive maintenance/handyperson tasks, connect with residents and support a positive culture.
This is a permanent part‐time position: Monday & Tuesday 8am‐3:30pm; Wednesday 8am‐3pm; Thursday 8am‐3:30pm.

Your Impact
* Attend to various maintenance requests (e.g., painting, replacing lightbulbs, hanging pictures)
* Carry out preventive maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
* Be a friendly face to residents and work alongside a fantastic team
Please note – this is not a gardening role.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in general maintenance or handyperson roles (e.g., fixing or repairing tasks around the house)
* A warm & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day
* Valid driver's licence (required)
* Current police check certificate (required; we can complete one if you do not have one)
* Current COVID-19 vaccinations up‐to‐date (required)
