About the Opportunity

Due to a strong and diverse commercial pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team. This is a rare opportunity to focus on quality‐led consultancy for landmark Class 2–9 developments.
The Role
In this role, you will be a key technical advisor across a broad portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and multi‐residential projects. You will work as a collaborative partner to Tier‐1 developers and leading architects, ensuring that innovative designs meet regulatory standards without losing their creative edge.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert regulatory advice during the design and master‐planning phases.
* Assessing building permit applications for diverse Class 2-9 structures.
* Conducting site audits and inspections to ensure alignment with the NCC and Victorian Regulations.
