We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Epping team on a casual basis. Someone who takes genuine pride in the work behind the scenes and knows that the right material in the right place at the right time isn't just operational detail — it's how we deliver on our promises to some of Australia's most discerning clients. The Role You'll be the backbone of our warehouse and sample operations, keeping stock flowing and the team supported. Day to day, you'll be: Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and materials Preparing and managing sample packs for internal requests, meetings and projects Maintaining accurate inventory records in ZOHO and SAP Responding to sample enquiries and liaising with the sales and operations teams Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment with our Richmond sample room Keeping the warehouse and sample workspace clean, organised and accessible Supporting order fulfilment and stock movement in and out of the warehouse Reporting variances, damaged goods or issues promptly and accurately Who We're Looking For You don't need to know stone. But you do need to care about getting it right. You're the right fit if you: Take pride in keeping things organised and accurate Can manage multiple tasks independently without needing hand-holding Pick up systems quickly and are comfortable with basic inventory or computer tools Communicate clearly with your team when things need attention Have some experience in warehouse, inventory, retail or admin environments (desirable, not essential) Understand safe handling practices and take WHS seriously And just as important, you live these values: Customer Obsessed — every single thing we do is for our customers.
