* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
* Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent keyboard skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly motivated with the ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
* A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
* Previous Warranty Clerk experience is highly regarded
