Responsibilities
- Turn up the volume on your career and be responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
- Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks whilst showcasing your creative and innovative skills
- Respond to guest requests, showcasing your sassy and savvy personality with each guest experience
- Actively conduct repairs to the building and equipment, thinking outside the box whilst showcasing our culture of innovation
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
- Hands‑On Repairs – roll up your sleeves and get ready to dive into hands‑on repairs using tools and traditional maintenance methods.
- Digital Management Support – assist with digital maintenance management systems to track requests, generate reports and streamline workflows.
- Safety Advocate – champion safety in all that you do, ensuring our maintenance activities are conducted with care and caution.
Qualifications (Your Vibe)
- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
