Role Overview:
As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our Payments suite of products in the Financial Institutions Group sector in Australia and New Zealand. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth through effective account planning, strong relationships, and implementation of robust sales strategies.
You will lead a high-performance sales team, focusing on pipeline development and achieving new business sales goals. This includes delivering key performance indicators such as annual sales targets, customer satisfaction rates, and market share expansion.
In addition to your own portfolio, you will partner with internal teams to execute the sales strategy, expand market share, and increase revenue with target bank clients. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, engaging in client onboarding activities, and promoting an effective operation risk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
* Partner with internal teams to achieve business sales objectives and expand market share
* Manage and supervise the entire sales process, ensuring accurate and timely renewals and completion of KYCs and other internal reporting requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Exceptional sales management experience in Payments, with a proven track record of success and ability to build and develop client relationships
* Deep product/solution set knowledge relevant to the market and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
* Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments in the market, with experience in AML/KYC risk and control processes
* Managerial experience in leading and driving high-performance teams to achieve team targets
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
