* Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team in the Gladstone Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers by:
* Having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs.
* Supporting customers with enquiries and maintenance on accounts.
* Processing applications for credit products.
* Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
* Providing options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
* The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
* Able to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
