Ready to level up your PR game? iD Collective is on the lookout for a PR Account Manager to join our high-energy team and lead standout campaigns that make noise. You'll work across consumer, lifestyle and retail brands—delivering smart, creative, and effective strategies that drive results and build meaningful connections.

We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment, loves media and influencer engagement, and has a deep understanding of how to guide brands through culture, content and conversation.

About the Role

As our new PR Account Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day client management and deliver innovative PR campaigns across earned media, influencer, events and activations. You'll work closely with senior leaders and collaborate across departments to ensure your clients are supported with bold ideas, strategic thinking and best-in-class execution.

Reporting into a Senior Account Director, you'll also help shape the future of the team—contributing to culture, process and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of consumer-facing clients and ensure monthly KPIs and ROI are met
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and drive campaign excellence
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, media and suppliers
* Present WIP reports, coverage summaries and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence
* Pitch like a pro—develop and maintain relationships with priority media and influencer contacts
* Proactively secure coverage, respond to callouts, and bring creative editorial opportunities to life
* Support and lead PR events, media showings and ambassador campaigns
* Keep media databases and outreach tracking up to date

Reporting & Analytics

* Track coverage, analyse campaign performance and demonstrate impact through meaningful insights
* Share results and learnings with clients and team in an engaging, actionable way
* Help shape campaign and brand strategies across channels
* Collaborate with digital, creative and event teams to amplify ideas and integrate executions
* Contribute to organic growth through insight, initiative and proactivity

New Business + Organic Growth

* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
* Actively contribute to new business proposals and pitches

What You'll Bring

3–5 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency environment

Strong relationships with Australian media and influencers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for storytelling, culture and all things consumer

Confidence in campaign execution, reporting and strategy

A team-first mindset, with the drive to mentor and collaborate
