As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will work closely with our internal departments to ensure that all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mechanical servicing to cover all aspects of vehicle ownership
* Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships
* Maintain regular contact with our customers to provide updates
* Communicate effectively with internal department teams to ensure seamless operations
* Handle customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a related field is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive person who presents professionally and can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team
* Ability to sell additional work as required and has a strong focus on customer experiences
