Job Description
Mammoet is seeking an experienced planner to coordinate and organize engineering plans. The successful candidate will ensure a practical method of executing tasks, establish the most effective way of coordinating resources, and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
The planner will partner with transport coordinators, managers, and supervisors to plan equipment and personnel for clients and work scopes. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules and performance reports, advising on equipment and personnel requirements, developing and maintaining project plans, maintaining equipment administration, liaising with superintendents and project managers, and assisting with main road permits.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a high level of delivery is achieved by:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* General knowledge or experience in planning or scheduling (ideal but not essential)
* Knowledge of transport or special devices highly regarded
* Strong communication and computer skills
* Ability to form strong relationships and be a team player
* Adaptable and resilient to change
* A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership, and a good attitude
* Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining
