Earlyhood Executive is exclusively seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to join an exciting new early learning centre opening in Hurstville. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, build a high‐performing team, and create a thriving learning environment for children, families, and educators from day one.
About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the service while ensuring high‐quality care and education. You will be supported by a forward‐thinking and supportive ownership team that values collaboration, leadership, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of educators and leaders
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and company policies
* Oversee occupancy growth and centre performance
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
* Drive educational excellence across the service
About You
* Previous experience as a Centre Director in a large centre within Early Childhood Education
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Protection requirements
* Ability to build occupancy and community engagement
* Passionate about creating high‐quality learning environments
* Current Working With Children Check
* Relevant Early Childhood qualification approved by ACECQA – preferably a Bachelor, though strong diploma candidates considered
