A Systems Support Coordinator is needed for a 3-month contract.

Your new role
Reporting and working closely with the CEO, you will be a proactive and detailed-oriented Systems Support Coordinator to support the configuration, maintenance, and training of a key client management system. This role will primarily focus on optimising the use of their client management system, configuring and testing online forms, supporting onboarding, and ensuring data completeness and validity.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience with client management systems (Connecteam, AxisCare, ShiftCare, or similar platforms).
* Strong technical aptitude and comfortable working with online forms on tablets and mobile devices.
* Demonstrated ability to configure and deploy digital forms and workflows within cloud-based systems.
* Previous experience in healthcare of medical systems is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Strong experience in data entry, validation and administrative coordination.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
