Job Role: Mailroom Specialist
The mailroom specialist forms part of a cohesive team environment, providing administrative support to the safe handling of mail and its recipients. They are responsible for preparing, labeling, and weighing packages for international delivery, registering and receiving mail items, loading and unloading mail trucks, driving distances to deliver mail, arranging pickup times with mail carriers, sourcing shipping quotes, assisting in the preparation of diplomatic courier travel documentation, and performing general accounts payable tasks.
