As a Train Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of freight within our rail network.
This hands-on position involves preparing trains for departure, managing yard movements, and coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
You will be responsible for performing safe shunting duties, marshalling locomotives and rail wagons, providing critical communications, and supporting freight movement across the network.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong teamwork skills, adaptability, a high sense of responsibility, a valid driver's license, basic computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and experience in heavy industry, logistics, or transport.
