About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to strategically lead and develop a high-performing team, driving overall asset strategy and enhancing centre performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Asset & Financial Performance: Maximise revenue, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong financial outcomes including FFO (Funds From Operations) and AFFO (Adjusted Funds From Operations).
2. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, capital works, compliance, maintenance, and risk management ensuring high standards of presentation and safety.
3. Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with retailers contractors councils internal teams driving collaboration excellent customer experiences.
