About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organised Legal Support Professional to join our team.

 * You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, responsible for administrative duties, supporting the office and legal team to deliver exceptional services.

 * Your key responsibilities will include managing telephone calls and direct them appropriately, greeting clients and visitors professionally, maintaining a tidy reception area, scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings, facilitating payments by clients, handling mail and deliveries, providing administrative support to the team, and performing legal assistant duties including document preparation and data entry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 * A minimum of 12 months full-time experience in a similar role in Queensland.

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 * Highly developed time management and organisational skills.

 * Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software.
 ">
