Two positions available for feb, mar start
In the industry already?= pls do your own research on us through trusted contacts on the ag grapevine
Not in the industry?=pls come to our open day which we will schedule shortly or give me a ring
I expect your references, why shouldn't you expect mine? Upon application I will provide you contact details of current and recently separated employees so you can verify this is a place where you will be kept safe, trained, valued, feel part of a team and your life outside of work will be a priority
These positions could be a young farmer looking to learn the ropes and gain accreditations early in a multi year commitment or it could be a fit for an already experienced operator who wants to smash hectares. We have a proven record of training people with zero experience to a high level quickly and for those at the top of their game our debrief sessions after each busy season ensure that as individuals and a group we are consistently improving
During busy season all employees are CC'd in on an email outlining the weeks plan, this keeps people in the loop and allows the individual a bit of freedom of choice around weather and other operations etc (pls ask and I will send you some examples)
Farming is seasonal, when its busy its very busy and vice versa, we have identified three different tempo seasons and schedule work according to them as below
GREEN SEASON; leave always approved, 4 days/wk work, 8 to 5
ORANGE SEASON; leave probably approved, 5 days/wk work, 8 to 5
RED SEASON; leave unlikely, 6 days/wk work, 7 to 6
