Position Available in our busy, fast growing Mandurah office for an energetic and motivated person to join our dynamic Property Management Team.
This person needs to have a good work ethic, be passionate about working in the Real Estate industry and have a 'can do' attitude to succeed. Our clients are everything to us, so you must be very customer focused and work well within the team.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with the Property Managers and Tenants
* Conducting routine & final bond inspections & property condition reports
* Identifying and reporting maintenance
* Assist with admin work
Qualifications
* Current Drivers License is a must
* Clear and effective communication skills
* High Energy
* Customer Experience focus
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Flexibility mindset
* Solution focused
* Ability to adapt to changing technology
* Have high attention to detail
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Be able to communicate well both orally & written
* High standard of cleanliness and tidiness

You will have access to a car and iPhone during work hours.
