Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Fremantle, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, maintaining schedules, and providing clerical support. Day-to-day tasks include handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and offering executive administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Proficient in Clerical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
