Sitting within the eCommerce function and working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product, this role is all about driving acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital touchpoints.This is a commercially focused role with a strong performance marketing lens—ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to balance short-term wins with long-term brand building. The Head of Growth will play a pivotal role in scaling customer value, unlocking new channels, and constantly testing and learning to deliver measurable results.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the digital growth strategy across paid performance, CRM, onsite conversion, and retentionManaging acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platformsOwning and optimising the full-funnel experience from ad to checkout to repeat purchaseWorking cross-functionally with eComm, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and executionDriving growth experiments across landing pages, offers, audiences, and CX flowsOverseeing performance dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and customer valuePartnering with data and insights teams to uncover new growth opportunitiesKeeping a pulse on market trends, emerging tech, and channel innovationsWhat You Bring6+ years’ experience in a growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce role—ideally in a high-growth retail or consumer brandProven success running performance marketing and acquisition campaignsStrong understanding of customer lifecycle and digital channel mixData-savvy with experience using tools like GA4, Looker, or PowerBIA test-and-learn mindset and ability to adapt quicklyComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong commercial acumen and a bias for actionWhy You’ll Love It HereCompetitive salary packageHybrid work setupFree products and generous staff discountsFast-moving, no-ego environment with real opportunity for growthA chance to drive the growth strategy for one of Australia’s most exciting health and lifestyle brandsApply NowSubmit your CV to be considered.
