About The Opportunity
The Senior Digital Correspondence and Records Officer will lead the delivery of high-quality digital correspondence and records management services across the organisation.
In this pivotal role, you will champion digital-first practices, drive transformation away from paper-based processes, and provide expert advice to ensure compliance with legislative and governance requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support organisational change, improve efficiency, and embed best practice records and information management.

About You
You are an experienced records and information management professional who brings a strategic mindset and strong delivery focus. You are confident advising stakeholders, leading change, and influencing across diverse teams.
You Will Demonstrate
* In-depth knowledge of records and information management principles, standards and legislation.
* Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and supporting organisational change.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder engagement and evaluation.
* Experience designing and delivering training or capability-building programs.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear, meaningful reports.
* Familiarity with digital correspondence systems and emerging technologies in records management.
* A commitment to high-quality customer service and continuous improvement.
