Woods & Co are partnering with a growing, market-leading business to find a driven B2B Sales Executive. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, owning the full sales cycle and being rewarded for performance.

* $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Uncapped commission (OTE Yr 1 - $150k, Yr 2 - $200k YR 3 - $250k +)

What do you do?
* Prospect and generate new B2B sales opportunities
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
* Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and enterprise clients
* Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
What do you need?
* Previous experience in B2B sales (phone-based or face-to-face)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A confident, resilient and commercially minded approach
* Ability to manage objections and work towards targets
* High level of self-motivation and accountability
* CRM experience is advantageous but not essential
