What You'll Be Doing
In this role you'll be driving financial stability and growth at BMOR, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined processes.
* Lead and manage financial systems
* Manage trial budgets
* Monitor revenue and expenses
* Support forecasting
* Prepare and present reports to stakeholders

Selection Criteria
* Appropriate finance related qualification and/or experience in financial management
* Working knowledge and proficiency with database and using SQL
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with database, Oracle 11, StaffLink and SMRS
* Efficient time management, organisational and administration skills
* Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, ATO requirements, reconciliations, general ledger journals
* Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously as well as within a team
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
