are partnered with a creatively-led experiential agency seeking an emerging 3D designer to help design and visualise memorable brand environments for major B2C and B2B clients.

The Role
You'll support the agency's Creative Director, Strategy team and Designers to shape the look, feel and flow of physical projects—contributing at every stage and growing your skills with guided mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Concept Support & Strategy:
Contribute ideas and moodboards that align to the brief and campaign objectives. Help develop spatial narratives and customer journeys.
* Design Development & Visualisation:
Build models and visuals (renders, floor plans, mock-ups) that bring concepts to life and support internal reviews and client presentations.
* Production-Ready Assets:
Prepare clean files, annotations and presentation decks. Assist with materials/specs and liaise with the technical team to ensure designs are buildable.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with creative and strategy stakeholders; present work-in-progress confidently, with support from senior team members.
* Sector Application:
Apply learnings from events, exhibitions, retail, pop-ups or adjacent fields to create functional, engaging environments.
* Growth Opportunities:
Own smaller briefs as you develop; gain exposure to end-to-end workflows from first sketch to final visual presentation.
What You'll Bring
* Experience:
~1–3 years as a 3D Designer (agency, studio or in-house) or strong internship/placement experience in experiential, events, exhibitions or retail environments.
* Portfolio:
Examples that show conceptual thinking, spatial problem-solving and clean visualisation—student projects welcome if they demonstrate craft and clarity.
* Software:
Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., SketchUp and/or Cinema 4D); familiarity with rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
* Process & Craft:
Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable iterating and taking feedback. Basic understanding of how designs translate to technical drawings is a plus.
* Communication:
Clear, concise presentation of ideas—written and verbal—with openness to collaboration and continuous learning.
* Education (nice to have):
Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, Exhibition/Spatial Design, or similar.

Salary:
$80-100k + super
