About the role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Service team in the position of National Service Specialist (NSS) – Project Management, based out of our Stirling office in Perth.

As NSS - Project Management, you will monitor and take ownership of complex installation projects across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver end-to-end installation projects for advanced medical imaging systems across Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead and inspire a team of engineers and project staff, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative processes and solutions.
* Manage key partnerships with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Plan and execute complex installations, coordinating multiple stakeholders and resources.
* Support business growth by contributing to tenders and project planning for major accounts.
* Champion service excellence by developing procedures, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide technical expertise and hands‑on support when needed, both remotely and onsite.
* Monitor performance and report on project progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification as a professional Project Manager
* 'Certified Practising Project Manager' or equivalent preferred
* More than 5 years of project management experience in capital equipment installations or Tier 1 construction projects
* Proficient use of AutoCAD with an ability to produce final technical shop drawings
* Experience in managing Turnkey/ Construction feasibility assessments & Project delivery
* Ability to travel intrastate, interstate and New Zealand for business
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft suite competence at an advanced level – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Desire to increase project management competencies through continuing professional development.


Preferred skills and experience

* Demonstrated experience in Project Management – Major Medical Equipment or Major construction projects
* Demonstrated experience working with commercial contracts & tenders submissions
* Exposure and experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
* Understanding of Computer networking installations and associated infrastructure terminology relating to healthcare networks
* Understanding of basic accounting principles of profit & loss, COGS, and cost control to ensure project profitability
* Electrical trade qualification or experience will be looked up favourably.
