Operations Manager - Aspen Medical

Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational delivery to ensure services are aligned with performance, quality and compliance requirements.
* Support the development and implementation of operational plans, service delivery frameworks and delivery models.
* Monitor performance metrics, operational KPIs and reporting requirements.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure successful service outcomes.
* Support contract administration, operational governance, resource utilisation and improvement activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality frameworks, system optimisation and operational maturity uplift.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader with strong problem‑solving capability, commercial thinking and the ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment. You are confident working with teams to balance contractual expectations, service requirements and operational realities.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, management or equivalent experience.
* Experience delivering operational programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Ability to prioritise, influence and deliver outcomes in complex or dynamic settings.
* Working understanding of financial controls, reporting and operational governance.
Desirable
* Experience in healthcare services, operations, governance or compliance environments.
* Contract management exposure or experience supporting service delivery frameworks.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary or distributed operational teams.
