This role is critical in ensuring seamless order management, logistics coordination, and high-quality service to their partners.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, this role will be responsible for:
* Maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate entry of order, cost, and pricing information.
* Preparing and updating price lists across multiple currencies.
* Liaising with clients to confirm product requirements and processing orders for international supply.
* Assisting in container planning and coordinating shipments in collaboration with logistics partners, warehouses, and clients.
* Managing order fulfilment and delivery schedules across all product lines.
* Overseeing and maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and supporting financial documentation.
* Supporting business operations by arranging meetings, trials, and maintaining mailing lists.
Your Background
* 2+ years' experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain support, ideally within FMCG or beverages.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and resolve issues quickly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
* A collaborative team player with a strong customer-first mindset.
