Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development initiatives within the Retained Systems domain, as part of Cochlear's S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Program. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of both internal development teams and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration with the broader program objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage development projects within the Retained Systems space.
* Coordinate and oversee deliverables from internal Cochlear development teams and external vendors.
* Ensure alignment with the overall S/4HANA program roadmap, milestones, and strategic goals.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive timely resolution.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to Cochlear's quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Provide regular project updates and reporting to program leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, preferably within SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
* Strong background in the manufacturing sector; experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams within a large-scale program environment.
* Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 (preferred).
* Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
