This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mornington, VIC, for a New Car Sales Specialist. The New Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain customer connections to drive retention, and achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include keeping up to date with the latest automotive products, features, and market trends to effectively support customer decision-making.

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
• Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to build and maintain Customer Retention and long-term relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in understanding and explaining vehicle features and benefits
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
• Previous automotive sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
