FT Pharmacist Manager

About the Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where community engagement and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and professional standards
* Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Pharmacists, Dispensary technicians and Pharmacy Assistants
* Deliver high-quality healthcare services, including vaccinations, Medschecks, Wound-dressings, Travel health consults, and Community Pharmacy Programs.
* Manage stock, dispensary workflow, and financial performance
* Build strong relationships with the local community and healthcare providers
* Drive business growth through innovative services and initiatives
About You
* You are a team player
* AHPRA Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Australian community pharmacy setting
* Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a pharmacy team
* Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with the community
* Passion for community pharmacy and team development
* Qualified Vaccinator
* Qualified to provide Community Pharmacists Program
* Excellent problem-solver
* Willingness to learn, adapt and develop professionally, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Exceptional IT skills
* Strong business acumen and financial skills
