About the Role We are partnering with multiple well-established civil contractors delivering key infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Northern Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and FIFO projects across QLD. With strong pipelines across TMR and large-scale civil works, these businesses are seeking both Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join their growing teams.
You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects including roadworks under live traffic, bulk earthworks, utilities, and structural concrete works such as pavements and pads. FIFO opportunities provide exposure to remote infrastructure and resource-sector projects, offering strong earning potential and varied project experience.
These roles offer the opportunity to step into high-responsibility positions, working closely with experienced Project Managers while progressing your career into senior leadership roles. Salary & Benefits
$140,000 – $190,000 + Super + Vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Deliver civil packages across roads, TMR & bulk earthworks projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Manage project programming, cost control, and reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Liaise with clients and stakeholders across project lifecycles
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer
Background in civil infrastructure (roads, earthworks, utilities)
TMR or major project experience highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously or within high-performing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
