Team Lead
The Team Lead position is designed to provide expert guidance and support to job seekers, helping them navigate their career paths and achieve their goals.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own workload and making informed decisions about client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide independent advice and guidance to clients on career development and study options.
* Assess clients' skills and qualifications to identify areas for improvement and create personalized plans for growth.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market demands to ensure clients receive the most relevant and effective advice.
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher-level qualification in Career Development or extensive experience in a related field.
* Certificate IV in Career Development (or willingness to obtain the qualification).
* Experience working with career profiling tools and interpreting results.
* A current Driver's Licence.
* Victorian Working with Children clearance and a satisfactory Police Check.
