We're looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to become the on‐the‐ground face of our Talent team at a busy operational site. This role is ideal for someone early in their internal/RPO career or an agency recruiter ready to step into an RPO environment where you'll build deeper partnerships, own your processes end‐to‐end, and see the real impact of your work every day.
You'll support high‐volume recruitment across technical, production, trade, and operational roles, working closely with site leaders, supervisors, and HR to ensure we attract and hire great people who keep the site running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing full‐cycle recruitment for volume operational and technical roles (screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination).
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
* Spending 3 days per week on-site to understand workforce needs, meet with hiring managers, walk the floor, and be visible to leaders and candidates.
* Coordinating interviews, assessments, medicals, and onboarding activities with precision and speed.
* Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance.
* Representing the employer brand professionally and consistently across all candidate touchpoints.
* Supporting continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
