Our client is a leading provider in insurance services, who are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our client's team and play a key role in expanding business and driving revenue growth. This position requires someone who is a true "hunter" with a passion for sales and a strong interest in building lasting partnerships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Build positive relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
* Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
* Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
* Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
* Producing reports for management.
* Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
* Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly to provide visibility to the sales management team.
* Work closely with team members within the business, to align strategies, and collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
* Possess a tenacious and proactive attitude in seeking out new business opportunities.
* Thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate the ability to consistently meet or exceed KPI's and revenue targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
* Team player.
