We're currently on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor (Parts & Service) to join our team in Queanbeyan.

What You'll Be Doing
* Engage directly with customers to assist with parts and service enquiries
* Process over-the-counter and phone sales, including quoting, invoicing, and dispatch
* Support internal sales and service departments with parts and job scheduling
* Book service work and communicate job status to customers
* Conduct stock control, including picking, packing, and stocktakes
* Help ensure the parts and service departments run efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For
* Customer service experience (any industry) – essential
* Interest or aptitude in mechanics, machinery, or equipment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Attention to detail and reliability
* Forklift licence is a bonus (but not required)

You Might Come from a Background Like:
* Automotive, hardware, or trade counter sales
* Workshop admin or service booking
* Parts interpretation (auto, ag, or construction preferred but not required)
* Warehousing or technical retail
* Or you might just be a people person who loves machines
