What You Will Be Doing
Customer Service Officer Position 1:
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing front counter sales
* Processing customer orders and invoicing
* Maintaining strong customer relationships
Customer Service Officer Position 2:
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer service via phone and face-to-face interaction
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Supporting basic sales processes
* Coordinating dispatch and delivery planning (ensuring products are scheduled and delivered to clients efficiently)
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in customer service in a similar environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
* Administration skills, including data entry, emails, and invoicing, purchase orders
* Confidence handling sales inquiries and processing orders
* Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry
