What You'll Be Doing
As part of our dynamic team you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and empowering small to medium businesses across Perth metro with solutions that enhance their visibility and growth.
* Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
* Pitching advertising solutions across print and digital platforms.
* Selling premium brands including The West Australian, thewest.com.au and PerthNow.
* Managing your own pipeline and closing deals consistently.
* Working towards clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in outbound, B2B or high-activity sales (telco, recruitment, real estate, automotive or similar highly regarded).
* Confidence and professionalism on the phone - you're comfortable starting conversations with decision-makers.
* Resilience and persistence - you handle rejection, reset quickly and keep moving.
* A competitive mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.
* Motivation to earn commission and take ownership of your income.
* The discipline to manage call volumes, follow-ups and pipeline activity consistently.
