Change Management Lead
As a Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and development. With a strong background in IT system implementation programs, you will provide strategic advice to directors and managers on change management, engagement, communications, and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communication, and training delivery. A tertiary qualification in Change Management (Prosci), Training, Healthcare, or equivalent is desirable. Government and/or Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous.
This long-term contract opportunity has potential for extensions. You will work on large-scale business/ICT transformation programs and projects as part of our diverse team.
