With strong growth across Australia, New Zealand, North America, the UK and Ireland, we're seeking a Quality Engineer to raise standards, improve systems and support production performance.This is a hands-on coordination and problem solving role.
You'll work closely with engineering, production, and global manufacturing partners to maintain quality, control costs, and keep processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesLead quality processes and resolve production and assembly issuesMaintain technical documentation (CAD drawings, BOMs, SOPs, assembly guides)Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across quality and productionCoordinate container logistics, testing, spare parts orders, and issue resolutionMonitor international manufacturing partners for compliance and opportunities to improve quality and efficiencyMentor and support the development of one direct reportWork with internal teams to improve designs, lower costs, and meet delivery goals.You'll Thrive in This Role If You:Have solid attention to detail and a practical approachEnjoy solving technical and process challengesAre confident working independently and managing prioritiesCommunicate clearly and work well across teamsWhat You'll BringTrade qualification or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years in quality assurance, production planning, or similar operational rolesProven experience managing or mentoringStrong CAD and technical drawing skillsExperience with SOPs & BOMsExposure to Lean, Quality Systems, Six Sigma or process optimisationStrong organisational and communication skillsCompetent with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceWillingness to travel overseas up to 6 times per year (Max 10 days per trip), as requiredExperience in mechanical/automotive manufacturingFamiliarity with quality control systems and product testingExperience with assembly/flat pack documentationUnderstanding of container logistics and documentationApply TodaySubmit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role via SEEK.
