We are seeking a professional to provide product support and technical services to customers alongside our Fire Suppression products. This role will also be required to provide guidance and support to technicians while estimating, quoting and planning of fleets.

As a technician, you will be required to install and maintain fire suppression systems in the workshop and in the field.
Main Responsibilities:
* Train and coach technicians and assist in training and accreditation in installation of fire suppression systems;
* Estimating and quoting of jobs for customers. Assistance with accumulating paperwork for Service coordination;
* Adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies;
* Support technicians from other regions and assist in training;
* Perform fault diagnosis, maintain and install Fire Suppression systems;
* Work effectively either in a team environment or autonomously;
* Be highly developed in your communication and interpersonal skills;
* Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in sales activities;
* Assist with machine audits/inspections;
