What You'll Do :
The Compliance Officer will ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
They will need to regularly review processes and documentation to maintain compliance and develop and implement policies to enhance safety and efficiency.
The compliance officer will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.

Qualifications :
Previous experience in compliance, particularly within the transport industry would be well regraded, along with a strong understanding of transport regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills will also be necessary.
Any relevant compliance or safety certifications are a plus.
