Service Advisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support our operations in the Pilbara region. This individual will serve as a first point of contact for customers and promote quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, experience with Service and Parts programs, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Provide expert advice and support to customers on Cummins products
* Work closely with Service Technicians and Supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery
* Complete quotes, invoicing, and warranty processing in a timely manner
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
* Multitask various tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Service and Parts programs, including HHP/HD knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A personal commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) excellence and leading an interdependent safety culture
* The ability to manage external and internal stakeholders effectively
