THE OPPORTUNITY
We have exciting opportunities for Service Desk Officers to join our growing team in Birtinya.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Being the first point of contact for all IT support.
* Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions.
* Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required.
* Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
* Maintaining system and data security.
* Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT Systems
ABOUT YOU
* Ideally 1 – 3 years experiences working in a technical support role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Unlimited working rights within Australia
